Re: Out -of -State Travel for WSU Extension to OSU Bend, OR
WSU 4-H Faculty and Staff often travel to out-of-state locations in the conduct of their jobs.
Oregon State University 4-H Extension is hosting a 4-H Tri-State Workshop Conference in
Bend, OR. The 4-H Tri-State Conference includes Washington because we often collaborate
with neighboring states to attend 4 -H -related continuing education. This trip happens once a
year and is hosted by Oregon, Washington or Idaho.
I request permission for travel beginning April 15, 2019 to April 19, 2019 to this out-of-state
location of Bend, OR, in a Grant County vehicle. I am also requesting permission to take
three passengers: 4-H faculty and staff personnel from Okanogan and Franklin Counties. If
you need more information, please let me know.
