This letter will serve to amend your original lease dated July 1, 2016, amending lease Exhibit IA,
Legal Description of Premises and Encumbrances.
This change is based upon an increase in acres that are being utilized within the recreation site.
Exhibit I of your lease shall now read as follows:
All of Section 16, Township 18 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington,
containing 640 acres, based on the official GLO Plat map dated June 6,1882.
Subject to the rights of the holder of Department of Natural Resources Water Rights No.
78-W03193, filed on June 18, 1974.
Subject to the restrictions of the Reclamation Reform Act of 1982, as filed under Water
Rights File No. 78-W0235.
If you concur with this amendment, please sign both of these letters where indicated below.

Absolutely. I apologize that a map was not sent out. In the most current lease agreement, DNR was excluding a portion
near the west section line close to the Potholes Reservoir.

Subject to the restrictions of the Reclamation Reform Act of 1982, as filed under
Water Rights File No. 78-WO235 number number.
After reviewing the lease it looks like this portion that has been left out of the legal is still used as part of the Sand
Dunes area; but only seasonally.

This portion will need to be included in the future anyway for when Grant County pursues purchasing this piece, easier
to do it now at release than during the transaction process. I have also attached a DNR map showing the boundary
before adding additional acres and one showing the lease boundary with the entire 640 acres included. Please let me
know if I can provide any additional information!
