Dear Mr. Pheasant,
Grant County is paying under protest the Moses Lake Irrigation & Rehabilitation District
(MLIRD) portion of this payment and the 2018 Delinquent Tax Amount due to the MLIRD
using a methodology that we believe is not allowed. This is currently being litigated in actions
involving the County, MLIRD and other parties.
