Enclosed are Application for Resale of Tax Title Property for parcels referenced above. The offer is for a
starting bid of $500.00. The Assessed Value of this parcels totals $11,000.00. The applicant is a business
from Idaho trying to buy and sell unusable parcels to unsuspecting buyers by lowballing offers that are
not worth my time. My recommendation is for you to not approve this offer.
