PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, New Hope is committed to eliminating all forms of sexual violence
through education and community action across Grant County; and
WHEREAS, New Hope promotes healthy services for survivors of sexual assault;
and
WHEREAS, New Hope encourages every community in Grant County to help
eliminate sexual violence by working together to promote social change.
NOW THEREFORE, THE GRANT COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
do hereby proclaim April 2019 as Sexual Assault Awareness Month in Grant County,
and urge all individuals and communities to join us in this special observance.
