On March 26, 2019, the Commissioners held a bid opening for the Paper of
Record for legal notices. The following bids were received:
1. Grant County Journal $6.80 / per column inch
2. Columbia Basin Herald $5.00 / per column inch
After review and discussion, a motion was made by Commissioner Carter,
seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to award the paper of record from July 1,
2019 — June 30, 2020 to the Columbia Basin Herald in the amount of $5.00 per
column inch. The motion passed unanimously.
