Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. 2. BOCC approval on 2019 Grant County Tax Statement in the amount of $15,841.70 (full tax). This amount includes the delinquent tax of $9,638.87 for the Moses Lake Irrigation & Rehabilitation District assessment. 3. Payment Under Protest letter regarding 2019 Moses Lake Irrigation & Rehabilitation District tax amount and 2018 delinquent amount to Darryl Pheasant, Grant County Treasurer. 4. Lease Amendment between Washington State Department of Natural Resources and Grant County, Lease No. 60-A69048. Lease of property for public outdoor recreation commonly known as the DNR Moses lake Sand Dunes property amending lease Exhibit 1A, legal description of premises and encumbrances. Change is based upon an increase in acres. Total acreage amount will now be 640 acres. 5. Interagency Agreement (Interlocal Agreement) between Grant County Health District, Quincy Partnership for Youth Coalition and Grant Integrated Services. The agreement provides a mechanism for the collaborative work, completion of deliverables, and transfer of funds necessary to carry out the priority health improvement initiatives associated with the North Central Washington Youth Marijuana Prevention and Education Program. Term is July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. 6. Anticipating: Resolution authorizing execution of Interagency Agreement (Interlocal Agreement) between Grant County Health District, Grant Integrated Services and Quincy Partnership for Youth Coalition regarding North Central Washington Youth Marijuana Prevention and Education Program. 7. Professional Services Agreement for Jonathan Hoskins of Total Health Events, LLC to provide independent assessment for the Washington State Quality Award (WSQA) lite application per RCW 43.185C.210. Total compensation will be $2,000.00 with a term of April 1, 2019 through July 31, 2019. 8. Interlocal Agreement between Grant County and the City of Moses Lake. The agreement provides the City of Moses Lake access of Statewide Imagery Services through WaTech. Term of the agreement is the same duration of the County's 2017 Service Level Agreement with WaTech. 9.
