I have examined the bids received and recommend the following action:
Item 1 — Furnish and Place Magnesium Chloride (30%) F.O.B. Grant County, WA
Award the bid to the low bidder meeting specifications:

To furnish and place 740 tons of Magnesium Chloride (30%) in the amount of
$119,029.00. The unit price bid was $160.85 per ton.
