RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 19- 030 -CC
GRANT COUNTY PROPERTY LOCATED
BEHIND 1042 W IVY, ON B -STREET,
MOSES LAKE AND CONSIDER THE SALE
THEREOF
WHEREAS, Grant County owns 13,500 square feet of property located behind 1042 W Ivy,
Moses Lake, Parcel No. 10-0051-000; and
WHEREAS, Grant County has determined that this parcel is no longer needed; and
WHEREAS, RCW's 36.34.010 and 39.33.020 gives the authorization to surplus County
property; and
WHEREAS, Grant County held a public hearing on March 25, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. to hear public
testimony either for or against the proposal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare surplus the above named property surplus and consider the sale thereof.
