3:00 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider a budget
extension request to the Economic Rural Enhancement Fund #133.184 in the amount of
$100,000.00. This is a contribution to Big Bend Community College for the new Workforce
Education Center project
Jill Hammond, Administrative Services Coordinator discussed the request.
A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Taylor to close the
public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
Commissioner Stevens moved to approve the budget extension as presented. Commissioner
Taylor seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. The hearing
adjourned.
