The course is titled 2019 Commercial Driver's License Violations Conference: Enforcement, Prosecution & Reporting and is sponsored by the National District Attorneys Association (NDAA). The participants in the course will be reimbursed for their travel, lodging and meal expenses by the NDAA. Other than being out of the office for the week of June 17, 2019, there should be no cost to Grant County. Both Mr. Hibbard and Mr. Nolta have expressed the benefit they feel this course would give them in the prosecution of cases involving commercial motor vehicles and violations of commercial driver's licenses.
