RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 19- D d1 d -CC
CLOSING OF AN EXISTING COUNTY
INVESTMENT ACCOUNT WITHIN THE
"OTHER PAYROLL BENEFITS" FUND
#508
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 13 -048 -CC was adopted on July 30, 2013 creating the
"Other Payroll Benefits" fund #508; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor has requested that the Temporary Investment Account
portion of this fund be closed as it does not qualify as an "investment fund".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the above named
"Temporary Investment Account" within Fund 508 be closed and the Grant County
Auditor and Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the closure of said
account in their respective office records.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any remaining positive balance in said fund be
redirected into the appropriate account/fund, as deemed by the County Auditor.
