Dear Commissioners,

We are asking for approval to close the investment fund for fund 508. This fund was
set up as a pass through fund for payroll deductions and therefore does not qualify
as an investment fund.
I have made our Treasurer aware of this and he agrees it should not be in the
investment pool.
