RESOLUTION TO AMEND COUNTY ROAD RESOLUTION No. 19- Oa -CC
PROJECT DESIGNATED AS CRP NO. 19-02
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on 30 January 2018 approved and adopted
Resolution 18 -021 -CC establishing CRP 18-01 for the improvement of County Road 5 -NW, State Road
Log No. 93010. With improvements being from mileposts 14.07 to 17.23 (SR 28 to T -NW).
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on 12 February 2019 approved and adopted
Resolution 19 -014 -CC establishing CRP 19-02 for the improvement of County Road 5 -NW & U -NW,
State Road Log No. 93010. With improvements being from mileposts 17.23 to 22.91 (T -NW to SR 28).
WHEREAS, the Grant County Public Works Department would like to combine CRP -18-01 &
CRP 19-02 into a single County Road Project with a single CRP number.
WHEREAS, This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road
Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW
36.75.050, 36.80.030, 36.80.070;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare; that CRP 18-01 be removed from the Annual Road Program and no funds
appropriated for CRP 18-01 and so to declare; CRP 19-02 be AMENDED to consist of the
improvement of Road 5 -NW & U -NW, State Road Log No. 93010, from mileposts 14.07 to 22.91
(State Route 281 to State Route 28) with an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund
budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purposes shown:
