Re: Authorization to Purchase Single Drum Compactor & Double Drum Compactor on the
2019 Equipment Expense Program through Sourcewell contracts.
Authorization to purchase:
Public Works:
1 each 2018 or current model year Volvo DD110C Double Drum Compactor in the amount of
$122,342.00 not including sale tax from PacWest Machinery, LLC through Sourcewell Contract #032515 -
VCE.
1 each 2018 or current model year Volvo SD115B Single Drum Compactor in the amount of $112,302.00
not including sale tax from PacWest Machinery, LLC through Sourcewell Contract #032515 -VCE.
The equipment listed above is part of the Public Works 2019 Equipment Expense Program and will be
purchased a Sourcewell contract vendor as noted above.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of these
items.
