Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. 2. Rescind and replace Interlocal Agreement for Provision of Services between Grant County and the City of Quincy regarding Quincy Partnership for Youth that was approved December 31, 2018. Term of the agreement is January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. 3. Anticipating: Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 18 -125 -CC and related Interlocal Agreement between Grant County and the City of Quincy regarding Quincy Partnership for Youth. 4. 2019-2020 Professional Services Agreement between Grant County and Ross Miller for the provision of interpreter services to assist Grant County Public Defense attorneys. Term of the agreement is from March 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020. 5. Washington State Health Care Authority, County Program Agreement, Criminal Justice Treatment Account (CJTA) Services, through Grant Integrated Services, Contract No. 1863- 34799. Term of the contract is July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. 6. For signature: Public Services Environmental Review Determination of Exemption & Determination of Categorical Exclusion form required for the Grant County application for Washington State Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), 2019 Public Services Grant No. 19-62210-005, which will be administered through the Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Washington. 7. Anticipating: Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services, during February, 2019 in the amount of $457.50 on Washington State Department of Corrections (DOSA) contract. NOTE: ALL TIMES ARE ESTIMATES TO ASSIST IN SCHEDULING AND MAY BE CHANGED SUBJECT TO THE BUSINESS OF THE DAY AT THE BOARD'S DISCRETION THE BOARD MAY ADD AND/OR DELETE AND TAKE ANY ACTION ON ANY ITEM NOT INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE AGENDA. Recommendation to award the Traffic Line Remover requests for quotes to CESSCO, Inc. in the amount of $7,999.00 not including sales tax. 4. Recommendation to award the Sign Posts 2019 project to the following: a) Items 1 and 2 —Award these items to Newman Sign, Inc. in the amount of $22,188.00 not including sales tax. b) Item 3 —Award this item to Traffic Safety Supply Company in the amount of $1,132.25 not including sales tax. c) Items 4 & 5 — Award these items to National Barricade and Sign Company in the amount of $11,228.75 not including sales tax. d) Item 6 —Award this item to Zumar Industries, Inc.in the amount of $36,000.00 not including sales tax. 2:30 p.m. — 2:50 p.m. Consent Agenda (Items 1 through 12) COMMISSIONERS OFFICE �1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, n �w� as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. ASSESSOR'S OFFICE 5. Recommendation to approve a manifest error correction exceeding three years for Harmon and Geraldine Evans (60-5183-000). This parcel was still on the tax rolls and should not have been as it was involved in a fire in 2014. Per Resolution No. 19 -009 -CC adopted January 22, 2019, request for approval of task order No. 001 to Bernardo and Wills Architects PC for the design and bid documents for the new fire suppression system for the Ardel Arena located at the Fairgrounds. '7. Per Resolution No. 19 -009 -CC adopted January 22, 2019, request for approval of task order No. 002 to Bernardo and Wills Architects PC for design documents and structural analysis of the Grand Steps in front of the Courthouse. FAIRGROUNDS �. 8. Request authorization to purchase pizza/food for all Fair Advisory Committee meetings and the volunteers attending. The cost will be kept under $75.00. 9. Request to charge a lower rate of $5.00 per bale of shavings for the Junior Livestock Auction that occurs the end of March. The current price is $8.00 per bale. TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 0.
