TUESDAY, MARCH 12, 2019 The session was continued at 8:30 a.m. with Commissioners Taylor and Stevens in attendance. Commissioner Carter was out and excused. 8:30 a.m. — 8:50 a.m. J Hammond, ASC Update and Misc BOCC Action (Items 1 through 7) A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, to approve items 1 through 7 on the agenda as presented. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. 1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. (Approved) 2. Rescind and replace Interlocal Agreement for Provision of Services between Grant County and the City of Quincy regarding Quincy Partnership for Youth that was approved December 31, 2018. Term of the agreement is January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. (Approved) 3. Resolution No. 19 -023 -CC rescinding Resolution No. 18 -125 -CC and related Interlocal Agreement between Grant County and the City of Quincy regarding Quincy Partnership for Youth; and approving the newly amended agreement. (Approved) 4. 2019-2020 Professional Services Agreement between Grant County and Ross Miller for the provision of interpreter services to assist Grant County Public Defense attorneys. Washington State Health Care Authority, County Program Agreement, Criminal Justice Treatment Account (CJTA) Services, through Grant Integrated Services, Contract No. 1863-34799 to provide treatment and recovery support services within the court system. Term of the contract is July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 and for the maximum amount of $90,027.00. (Approved) 6. Public Services Environmental Review Determination of Exemption & Determination of Categorical Exclusion form required for the Grant County application for Washington State Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), 2019 Public Services Grant No. 19-62210-005, which will be administered through the Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Washington. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services, during February, 2019 in the amount of $457.50 on Washington State Department of Corrections (DOSA) contract. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (Approved in the amount of $890,601.75) ASSESSOR'S OFFICE Recommendation to approve a manifest error correction exceeding three years for Harmon and Geraldine Evans (60-5183-000). This parcel was still on the tax rolls and should not have been as it was involved in a fire in 2014. Per RCW 84.69.030, the County Legislative Authority has the authorization to approve such recommendation. (Approved) CENTRAL SERVICES 6. Per Resolution No. 19 -009 -CC adopted January 22, 2019, request for approval of task order No. 001 to Bernardo and Wills Architects PC for the design and bid documents for the new fire suppression system for the Ardell Arena located at the Fairgrounds.
