6 each Cotterman 8 -Step Rolling Metal Ladders in the amount of $10,628.40 not including shipping &
sales tax.
Public Works has unsuccessfully attempted to purchase these from Grainger through Sourcewell Contract
# 121218-W WG.
The equipment listed above is part of the Public Works 2019 Equipment Expense Program and will be
purchased through a quote received directly from Cotterman.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of these items.
