REQUEST TO COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF WORK
To The County Engineer:
Pursuant to terms of an agreement between the Grant County and Adams County
adopted and approved on July 31. 2012 the undersigned hereby requests the county to
perform the work listed below (see attached) at a time and in a manner convenient to the county. The
undersigned further requests that the work be completed no later than March 29. 2019 and
hereby guarantees reimbursement to the county for all work done up to a maximum of $ 10.000.00.

I estimate that Grant County will take 40 hours to repair the damage done to the bridge on Booker Rd.
Repairs include replacing 2 broken corbels and replace the posts.
