Item 2 was not ready for signature. The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. (Approved) 2. Anticipating: Resolution Authorizing Executing of Interlocal Agreement between Grant County (Public Works) and Adams County for future maintenance and improvement to the County Roads lying on the boundary between Grant and Adams Counties. (Item not ready for signature) 3. Services Agreement between Grant County Superior Court and Mary Jane Castillo dba Bi -Lingual Services, for the provision of interpreter services set forth in the Agreement's Scope of Work. Term is March 1, 2019 through February 29, 2020. (Approved) 4. Professional Services Contract for Fidelity Review Services between Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) and Grant Integrated Services. HCA Contract Number K3376 with a term of February 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. Maximum contract amount is $10,000.00. (Approved) 5. Contract between Grant County and Whitebird, Inc. for the Historic Preservation Project to the Courthouse as set forth in the Contract's Scope of Work. Term is with a completion date of June 31, 2019. Total contract sum in the amount of $311,002.00 plus applicable taxes. (Approved) 6. Reimbursement Request #19 on Washington State Department of Commerce on Consolidated Homeless Grant, (CHG) No. 17-46108-10, administered through the Grant County Housing Authority, in the amount of $21,013.33. (Approved) 7. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the provision of Pathways Community Specialist services between Community Choice, d.b.a. Action Health Partners (HUB) and Grant Integrated Services. The MOU will remain in force until such time as revision is deemed necessary or it is replaced by an Action Health Partners Pathways Community HUB Community Specialist Service Agreement.
