Chelan County had a recent vacancy on the Board of Trustees of the North Central Regional Library due
to Dana Schmidt's resignation. Enclosed is a Resolution appointing Jim Mitchell to serve as our new
Trustee.
Please put this Resolution on for action at your Boards earliest convenience and send on to the next
appropriate County. The original must come back to Chelan County (Pretty Please) and I will disburse a
completed copy to all.
