Five County Joint Resolution
Re: The Appointment of Trustee to the
North Central Regional Library Board of Trustees
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Board of Trustees of the North Central Regional Library
due to the resignation of Dana Schmidt; and
WHEREAS, Jim Mitchell has expressed his willingness to serve the citizens of Chelan County
on the NCR Library Board of Trustees; and
WHEREAS, the Chelan County Board of Commissioners has expressed confidence in the ability
and qualifications of Jim Mitchell to represent Chelan County on the Board of Trustees of the
North Central Regional Library;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Chelan County Board of
Commissioners appoints Jim Mitchell to represent Chelan County on the Board of Trustees of
the North Central Regional Library comprised of Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Ferry, and Okanogan
Counties for the remainder of her term which is set to expire December 31, 2021.
