Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. 2. Authorization of Canvassing Board Representatives - Auditor's Staff, to act under authority given in RCW 29A.60 for Dedra Osborn, Kaylyn Orozco, and Aleanah Lopez to act as representatives for the County; and for Sally Goodwin, and Karrie Stockton to handle the ballots through the mail room process for a Special Election to be held on April 25, 2023. 3. Delegation of County Commissioner Rob Jones to serve as the County Legislative Authority on the Canvassing Board for the Special Election to be held April 25, 2023. COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE 4. Authorization request to allow Jerry Gingrich to sign Docu-Sign the Washington State Allocation Agreement Governing the Allocation of Funds Paid by Certain Settling Opioid Manufacturers and Pharmacies (the "Allocation Agreement II") governs the distribution of funds obtained from (1) Walmart, (2) Teva, (3) Allergan, (4) CVS, and (5) Walgreens. CENTRAL SERVICES 6. Agreement with Ephrata School District To Utilize County Facilities (Work Release Facility) for the preparation of school meals. Term of agreement is late winter 2023 through fall 2023. PUBLIC DEFENSE 7. Addendum to Professional Services Agreement for Juvenile Court Defense Services with Lyliane Couture to amend the compensation for travel expenses due to a change in venue for the detention of juveniles. PI IRI IC \A/nRKq 8. 2023 Re -Striping program contract with Strip Rite Inc. to furnish all tools, materials, and equipment necessary to improve and complete the County Re -Striping program. Out-of-state travel request for LaVyonne Barnes, Tanya Nunez and Carry Robey to attend the CHS Supportive House Summit in Philadelphia, PA. Dates of travel are May 30, 2023 through June 5, 2023. Total cost of travel is $2,479.23 per traveler, for a total of $7.,437.69. 10. Amendment #18 to Beacon Facility Agreement with Beacon Health Options, Inc. The amendment is effective January 1, 20,23 and amends multiple sections of the agreement. SHERIFFS OFFICE 11. Interagency Agreement between the Washington Traffic Safety Commission and the Grant County Sheriff's Office. Purpose of this Agreement is to provide funding, provided by the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and allowed under the Assistance Listings Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (FDA) number 20.600 for traffic safety grant project 2023-HVE-4696-Region 15 Target Zero Task Force, in the amount of $108,,000.00. Term of agreement is upon execution of both parties until September 30, 2023. 12. Request to surplus Body Wire &Equipment, Asset ID # 102820.
