RE: Tax Title Application for Parcels 08-0694-012 to 08-0694-018
The County Commissioners have expressed interest in putting these parcels up for sale prior to our
foreclosure sale in a tax title sale. I am recommending we start the bidding at 3,500.00 (500.00 per
parcel) for a starting bid of 3,500.00 plus costs and to have the parcels sold as one lot with all parcels to
be merged into one parcel. The Assessed Value of these parcels total $91,500.00 which is not taking in
account the major costly problems to make these parcels useable. My recommendation is for you to
approve this starting offer and allow them to be put up for public auction on November 22nd.
