RE: permission to purchase food (accounting dept. requirement)
Dear Commissioners,
Kids Hope is hosting a Forensic Peer Review with training for area law enforcement and the
Adams and Grant County Prosecutors offices on November 15, 2019. We have account
funds to pay for food during the training for approximately 20 people.
Your permission is requested to charge the food costs to the agency credit card and apply
the charges to eligible grant funds that allow food.
