The Grant County Board of Commissioners is in receipt of your email dated November 6, 2019
requesting approval for Superior Court to conduct adoption proceedings in a location other than
the county seat, pursuant to RCW 2.08.030.
This year "National Adoption Day" is on Saturday, November 23, 2019, and you would like to
hold adoption proceedings (court session) on Friday, November 22, 2019 at 1515 S. Division
Street, Moses Lake, WA. The Grant County Commissioners are in full support of your request
and it is hereby granted.
