Ordinance amending Grant County Code Ch. 11.04 titled "Maximum. Speed Limits"

1:53 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider an ordinance
amending Grant County Code Ch. 11.04 titled "Maximum Speed Limits ".
Jeff Tincher, County Road Engineer, discussed some of theproposed , changes.
Discussion ensued about a possible error in the ordinance. Adams' is listed in the 55mph
section and 60 mph section. It is signed at 60mph. Public Works will look into this.
A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Stevens to close the
public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Stevens
moved to adopt the ordinance as presented. Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion
passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned. I
