RESOLUTION No. 19- M -CC
WHEREAS, Grant County has received aetitio p n to vacate portions of certain County
road and rights-of-way
described as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: a portion of unbuilt Co right-of-way County right of way deidcated as part of
the Westridge Major Plat, lot 1, and
AS SHOWN on ATTACHED EXHIBIT A and
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on the report for vacation •
in the Count official p ion and abandonment was published
County newspaper at least once a week for two consecutive weeks preceding
fixed for the hearing; and a co of said p eding the date
copy notice was posted for at least twenty days preceding the da
fixed for hearing at each termini of the count road or p g to
and Y portion thereof to be vacated or abandoned;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did
consider the report given by the
County Road Engineer, together with an evidence for •
Y or objection against said vacation and
abandonment; and
WHEREAS, the above described Count right-of-way '
roads stem and the Y g y is not useful as part of the County
Y public will be benefitted by the vacation and abandonment;
