ROAD PROJECT DESIGNATED AS CRP RESOLUTION No. 19- -cc
NO. 19-09
WHEREAS, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Stratford Road, State Road Log No. 94025
from milepost 17.24 to milepost 20-28 be improved as follows;
The work will include earthwork, drainage, BST surface, traffic control and other items.
WHEREAS, This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road
Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW
36.75.0507 36-80.030, 36.80.070;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and
based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes
shown:
