Department of Commerce Grant Agreement with Grant County Sheriff's Office through Office of Crime Victims Advocacy, Community Services and Housing Division, Grant No. F19-31103-048 for the STOP Violence against Women Formula Grant Program, grant pass through allocation to improve the community response to violence against women. Grant is in the amount of $17,762.00. Term of the grant is January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. 10. Reimbursement Request #4 on Washington State Department of Commerce on Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 20-46108-10, administered through Grant County Housing Authority in the amount of $39,346.77. 11. Contract with Basin Refrigeration and Heating for removal of old hot water heater and installation of new hot water heater located at Work Release Building, 1631 E. Division Ave., Ephrata. Total contract cost will be $47,608.00. Work will begin following full formation of contract and necessary permits. Work shall be completed on or before the 5t" day after agreed start time. 12. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services' Prevention and Recovery Center (PARC)., during July 2019, in the amount of $28,186.35 on Washington State Healthcare Authority Contract No. K3919. 13. Amendment #4 to Beacon Facility Agreement with Grant Integrated Services which amends all previous exhibits except Exhibit. A Facility Location(s) & Practitioners, Services & Payment, are removed and replaced The Amendment changes were effective July 1, 2019. 14. Department of Commerce Grant Agreement with New Hope through Office of Crime Victims Advocacy, Community Services and Housing Division, Grant No. F19-31103-047 for the STOP Violence against Women Formula Grant Program, grant pass through allocation to improve the community response to violence against women in the amount of $33,178, serving women in Grant and Adams counties.
