1:45 p.m. DUE TO THE FTR SYSTEM NOT WORKING, THIS MEETING WAS NOT
RECORDED. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to adopt a
Comprehensive Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the years 2020-2025.
Jeff Tincher, County Road Engineer, discussed the Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) and
touched on the following projects/priorities:
0 #4 Valley Road Grind/Inlay
0 #5 and 6 are safety projects
• # 13 Maybe Stratford Road Phase #2 if RAP funding is available
• #31 Westshore Drive Overlay / Sidewalk — Fairway Drive to 4 -NE (Curb, Gutter,
Sidewalks)
A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to close the
public comment period. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. A motion was
made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to adopt the Comprehensive
Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the years 2020-2025 as presented. The
motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
