GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE RESOLUTION
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR No. 19- 01(?( -CC
COLUMBIA BLUFdS, LLC.
WHEREAS, Grant County Code (GCC) 25.28 authorizes the execution of a
development agreement between the County and a person having ownership or control of
real property within its jurisdiction, and;
WHEREAS, GCC 25.28 requires a development agreement to set forth the
development standards and other provisions that shall apply to, govern and vest the
development, use and mitigation of the development of real property for the duration
specified in the agreement, and;
WHEREAS, for the purposes of this Development Agreement, "development
standards" includes, but is not limited to all of the standards listed in GCC 25.28, and;
WHEREAS, this Development Agreement by and between Grant County and the
Developer relates to the development to be known as Columbia Bluffs, and;
WHEREAS, the original Development Agreement for Columbia Bluffs (AFN
1374591) remains in full effect except as otherwise amended by the attachments hereto,
and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners conducted a public hearing on
January 29, 2019 to consider the attachment amendments to the Columbia Bluffs
Development Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, THAT the Board of
County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington hereby adopt the attached
amendments to the Columbia Bluffs Development Agreement.
