Strategic Infrastructure Project Recommendation SIP No. 2018-01
Dear Ms. Hammond:
This correspondence is to request an extension on the deadline for completion of the
Strategic Infrastructure Project Recommendation SIP No. 2018-01 for the Industrial Park
No. 5 Site Improvements project from February 12, 2019 to December 31, 2019. The
Port has had to rebid the project due to the original bids received exceeding the funding
available for the project. We have since awarded the project to Stetner Electric, Inc. and
the Contractor is currently working on forwarding contracts, bond, and insurance
documents to the Port. Construction will start as soon as contracts have been executed.
