Regarding the build out of the new Emergency Management space. We received pricing from two local
contractors to demo the existing partitions and other material within the room.
Columbia Basin Striping provided a price of $14,960.00
A Central Asbestos $5,421.10 (neither of these quotes include sales tax)
The County will be provide the dumpster from consolidated for all debris.
Central Services requests the Boards permission to move forward with "A Central Asbestos" as the
demolition contractor for this project. Funds will be from the approved EM Space construction Capital
Outlay.
