Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 19- RESOLUTION No. 19- DO -CC
002 -CC Notice of Hearing for the vacation
of Roads 24 -NE and P -NE located Sections
34 and 35 of T23N R29E WM AND Sections
02 T22N R29E WM
WHEREAS, a Notice of Hearing Resolution No. 19 -002 -CC contained a unavailable hearing
date, and
WHEREAS this Notice rescinds and replaces 19 -002 -CC, and
WHEREAS, Grant County, Washington, has received a petition to vacate portions of certain
County road and rights-of-way described as follows:
Legal description: Grant County Road and Rights-of-way Known as: 24 NE 51960 mp 0.62
to mp 1.45; AND P NE 53750 mp 0.00 to mp 1.00 LESS the rights-of-way for 25 NE,
leaving 30 feet south of the section line; in Sections 34 & 35 T23N R29EWM AND Section
02 T22N R29EWM, all in Grant County, and
AS SHOWN on ATTACHED EXHIBIT A, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should
be given to vacating portions of certain County roads and rights-of-way and directs the County Road
Engineer to prepare a report on the vacation and abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board
of Commissioners set a Public Hearing on the report and other related matters to be be held in
the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, located
in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 1:45 PM, on Tuesday, the 19th Day of
February, 2019.
