Talking Points,
EM Space: I have let Chris know that we are moving forward with the offices and as soon as
that is complete we will demo the space.
RFQ: Passed muster with Prosecutors office, Looking forward to getting that off the ground
today, offer consent I will place it on the web site and give Bernardo -Wills a call, let
them know of the various things we have going on here. I expect we will start right
away.
Personnel matters:
Maint: Reposted the M4 position as neither candidate was fit for the position,
Thanks for the exception on the M2's we are reviewing those descriptions now and
should have them posted soon
IFC: Getting ready to schedule interviews for on calls, would like to hire folks
that can also be trained to answer phones / work counter at fairgrounds
Fair: will post for seasonal here soon and start the hiring process for the spring
and summer
GCTS: New tech position is posted, just waiting on applicants
Safety Center: For fairgrounds, still working it, made more updates today, will continue to update. I
am providing training to all CSD staff in a couple of weeks so everyone will be
familiar with all parts.
Occupancy for Fairgrounds events is still being worked out, Jim is providing drawings and maps to
brock, and we will see what happens
I have an appointment Friday and will take a day's sick leave.
