The offer is for a starting bid of 6,152.48. The Assessed Value of this parcel totals $20,070 and the offer to purchase is lower than the total assessed value on the attachment. This parcel was in our recent foreclosure sale in December and the amount offered was the minimum bid at the sale. This parcel is in the Eagle Springs area with no road access and the applicant wishes to use this parcel for grazing. My recommendation is for you to approve this offer and allow to be put up for public auction.
