Dear Commissioners:
Our new healthcare software system, Credible, is holding their Partner Conference training February 25
through February 28, 2019 in Arlington, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for our agency to meet with
other agencies utilizing this software system as well participate in several educational sessions.
Grant Integrated Services supports Darla, Gail, and Sue's attendance at this event. This conference will
provide three days' worth of informative and educational sessions for all users and roles. There will also be
live help from Credible experts and help partners to aide in maximizing the use of Credible's software and to
improve the usability for our agency. There will also be new software updates released and industry and
market changes that can be taken back to the agency for implementation. We will also receive
complimentary registration for an executive director position for one of our members wishing to attend the
conference.
Travel dates for Darla will be Sunday, February 24th with a return date of Tuesday, March 5th. Darla is
planning to take personal days at the end of the conference before returning.
