GRANT COUNTY PROPERTY LOCATED
WITHIN THE SCHAWANA PLAT
WHEREAS, Grant County owns Parcel #071879000 Lot 7, Block 10 and Parc #071880000
Lot 8, Block 10, both of the Schawana Plat; and
WHEREAS, Grant County has determined that these parcels are no Vnger needed; and
WHEREAS, RCW's 36.34.010 and 39.33.020 giv/ath ion to surplus County
Property; and
WHEREAS, the value of each parcel as assessed s Office is $1,300.00 per
parcel, which allows for the surplus without a public hearin
