Re: Contract Award — Herbicide Application Program 2019
I have examined the bids and recommend the following action:
Award the contract to the low bidder meeting specifications:
Woodland Resource Services, Inc.
1063 Emerson Road
Ellensburg, WA 98926
Serial No. 19-006
to apply soil residual and foliar herbicides on approximately 17,400 acres per year in the amount of
$693,003.50. This work will be performed within county road rights-of-way and Grant County is exempt
from paying sales tax on the aggregate amount of the contract.
