Grader on the 2019 Equipment Expense Program through Sourcewell (formerly NJPA)
contracts.
Authorization to purchase:
Public Works:
2 each 2018 or current model year SM74-J Superior Brooms in the amount of $142,019.52 not including
sale tax from PAPE Machinery through Sourcewell Contract #032515-JDC.
2 each 2018 or current model year Lycox Walk -N -Roll packer in the amount of $59,656.48 not including
sales tax from PAPE Machinery through Sourcewell Contract #032515-JDC.
1 each used 2016 John Deere 772GXT motor grader in the amount of $267,809.65 not including sale tax
for PAPE Machinery Sourcewell Contract #032515-JDC.
The equipment listed above is part of the Public Works 2019 Equipment Expense Program and will be
purchased from various Sourcewell contract vendors as noted above.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of these
items.
