Contract Award Recommendation/Herbicide Application Program 2019: Award
the contract to the low bidder meeting specifications to Woodland Resource
Services, Inc., of Ellensburg, WA 98926 to supply apply soil residual and foliar
herbicides on approximately 17,400 acres per year in the amount of $693,003.50.
This work will be performed within county road rights-of-way and Grant County is
exempt from paying sales tax on the aggregate amount of the contract
