RESOLUTION NOTICE OF HEARING RESOLUTION No. 19- 0 03 -CC
for VACATING M.5 NW roadlog 32750
BMP 0.511 to EMP 1.032 in the North 1/2
of Section 26 T21N R24EWM
WHEREAS, Grant County, Washington, has received a petition to vacate portions of
certain County road and rights-of-way described as follows:
Legal description: Grant County Road and Rights-of-way , Known as M.5 NW roadlog
32750 BMP 0.511 to EMP 1.032 in the North 1/2 of Section 26 T21N R24EWM, all in Grant
County, and
AS SHOWN on ATTACHED EXHIBIT A, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should
be given to vacating portions of certain County roads and rights-of-way and directs the County Road
Engineer to prepare a report on the vacation and abandonment. The intent of this vacation is to
adjust the right-of-way for where the road actually exists; the petitioners have agreed to provide new
right-of-way documents for this section of M.5 NW.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board
of Commissioners set a Public Hearing on the report and other related matters to be be held in
the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, located
in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 1:45 PM, on Tuesday, the 29th Day of
January, 2019.
