The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. 1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. (Approved) 2. Supported Living/Group Home Exhibit C, Revision 190200, on Washington State Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) Contract No. 1763-95888 with Grant Integrated Services' Developmental Disabilities Department. (Approved) 3. Administrative Services Coordinator request for change to County Mileage Reimbursement Rate from $0.545 per mile to $0.58 per mile (to match the Office of Financial Management's mileage rate for Washington State government, which became effective January 1, 2019). (Approved) 4. Professional Services Agreement for Legal Representation of Indigent Individuals in Grant County District Court with Jonathan Edwards. Term is January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. • Resolution No. 19 -001 -CC governing Emergency Load Limitations on County Roads, the Issuance of Special Motor Vehicle Permits to use on Weight Restricted County Roads and Fixing Penalties for Violations thereof. (Approved) • Interlocal Agreement between Grant County and Adams County for maintenance and management of shared county roads. (Item not ready for signature) • Resolution No. 19 -003 -CC Notice of Hearing for the vacation of Road M.5 NW in the North half of S26 T21N R24E WM. The public hearing will be scheduled for January 29, 2019 at 1:45 p.m. (Approved) • Resolution No. 19 -002 -CC Notice of Hearing for the vacation of Roads 24 -NE and P -NE located Sections 34 and 35 of T23N R29E WM AND Sections 02 T22N R29E WM. The public hearing will be scheduled for February 5, 2019 at 1:45 p.m. (Approved) 1:30 p.m. —1:40 p.m. Bid Opening, Herbicide Application Program 2019 The following bids were received: • Basin Tree Service $739,095.50 • DBi Services $1,022,404.50 • Woodland Resources Svcs $693,003.50 A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, to turn the bids over to Public Works for their review and recommendation. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. 1:45 p.m. —1:55 p.m. Bid Opening, 2019 Crushing and Stockpiling The following bids were received: • DeAtley Crushing Company $958,460.00 • Seubert Excavators no bid A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, to turn the bids over to Public Works for their review and recommendation. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. Letter of re -appointment for Frank DeTrolio to the Mosquito Control District #1 board for another 2 year term beginning January 22, 2019 through January 21, 2021. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (Approved in the amount of $1,883,711.68) FAIRGROUNDS 7. Request to purchase qty. 20 Classic Galvanized Steel Barricades (crowd control barriers) in the amount of $2,492.79 from Sonco. This was approved in their capital outlay budget. (Approved) 8. Request to purchase qty. 5 picnic tables in the amount of $3,668.38 from Global Industrial. This was approved in their capital outlay budget. (Approved) WSU EXTENSION OFFICE 9. Surplus Request form for a Convection Oven Appliance (Asset ID# 101038) to be transferred to another governmental agency: WSU Franklin County.
