Re: Renaming Parcel; 170085000 and 170082000
Board of County Commissioners:
I would like to propose the renaming of parcel numbers 170085000 (legal
description: SENE; N1/2N1/2 & SW -NE BOTH S OF RD 10 18 28) and 170082000
(legal description: ALL S OF CO RD.LS TAX# 8020:9-1 11 8 28). Currently both
parcels are showing the owner information as the Grant County Sheriff's
Department ORV. I believe the more appropriate owner listed would be Grant
County.
Both parcels are in the existing off -.road vehicle park commonly known as the Moses
Lake Sand Dunes. Parcel 170085000 is in the northeast corner and parcel
170082000 is located.. at the north end of the park: `Both parcels border Sand Dunes
Rd SE.
