Re: Completion of New Royal City Location
Dear Commissioners,
We are in the process of finishing up renovations in our new Royal City Location, and to make it ADA
compliant there are some adjustments that need to be made to the bathroom. 1. have attached a bid
from Norse Development LLC, in the amount of $19,094.43.
Since review of the bid, we have held discussions with our landlord Sandoval Rentals LLC. They can
provide the remainder of the work for $10,000.00 and lave it complete in less than two weeks, allowing
us to open our doors April 1, 20.23. Funds for the completion of this project will come from account
108. 150.00.0000.594.64.6400 (Capital Outlay).
