Although not explicitly listed, it is needed to support the approved "Stall Building" project and the "Move 3 "Noble" barn project. The project will see the infill of an area behind the rodeo grounds with a paved surface where two new "Noble" barns will be constructed and where the "3 "Nobles" approved to be moved" will be relocated. This bid is only for the infill and paving of the surface to prepare it for the construction of the new barns and relocation of three existing barns.
