Pluralsight Skills Business - Enterprise Plan offers flexibility and advanced analytics for the enterprise Customer
and includes the following features: Expanded Video Course Library, Paths, Channels, Conferences, Guides,
Skill IQ, Role IQ, Course Completion Certificates, Course Learning Checks, Course Discussions, Exercise Files,
Mobile, TV Apps & Offline Viewing, Certification Practice Exams, Interactive Courses, Projects & IC, Email
and Phone Support, Advanced Roles Analytics, Custom Role IQ, Basic Skills Analytics, Advanced Channels
Analytics, Q&A, and Priorities.
Special Terms
Invoicing. Upon signature by Customer and submission to Pluralsight, this Sales Order shall become legally
binding. Fees and applicable taxes will be invoiced on or around the date of Customer's signature below and due
within the Payment Terms specified on this Sales Order.
Additional Skills User Subscriptions. Pluralsight and Customer agree that the Sales Price for additional User
subscriptions added to Customer's Plan during the term of this Sales Order will be provided at the Sales Prices set
forth above plus any applicable taxes. Any additional User subscriptions added during the term of this Sales Order
will be: a) pro -rated and run co-terminously until the Subscription End Date set forth above and b) will automatically
renew in accordance with the Renewal Term set forth below.

Renewal Term. All additional Skills and/or Flow Users added to Customer's Plan hereunder will be subject to the
renewal terms listed in the underlying Agreement between the parties.
Terms and Conditions. Except as set forth above, this Sales Order is governed by the Pluralsight Terms of Use
located https://www.pluralsight.com/terms, unless Pluralsight and Customer have entered into, or subsequently
enter into, a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA), or other master agreement, in which case such separate
agreement will govern and entirely supersede the Terms of Use. All professional services purchased hereunder
shall be governed by the Professional Services Terms and Conditions found at:
http://www.pluralsight.com/terms/professional-services-terms. Pluralsight objects to and rejects all additions,
exceptions, or changes to the Terms of Use (or separate master agreement, if applicable), whether contained in
any purchase order, RFP, RFQ, or other form received from Customer or elsewhere. The inclusion of a purchase
order, RFP, RFQ, or other Customer number on this Sales Order or a Pluralsight invoice is for reference purposes
only and is not an acceptance by Pluralsight of any terms or conditions contained therein or elsewhere. Fees paid
or payable under this Sales Order are non -cancelable and non-refundable.
