Re: Consent to enter into contract for the extension of the Cattle Wash Rack
Per the 2022 Capital budget, you approved the installation of a Cattle Wash Rack extension to
improve the washing of Cattle during fair. We budgeted $15,000 for this project.
The Bid request went out to the MRSC roster and received three qualifying bids. Bids are below:
J.M. Pacific $40,683.20
EXO Contracting LLC $25,596.06
Stans Construction and Son LLC $14,823.40
All bids include tax
We are requesting authorization for the bid of $14,823.40 for the extension of the cattle wash
rack from Stan's Construction and Son LLC
Please approve the purchase of services from Stan's Construction and Son LLC for $14,823.40
as well as the contract between the Fairgrounds and Stan's Construction LLC for the project.
The budget number is 309.000.00.0000.573703564 for up to $15,000.
