Re.- Request for Copier Purchase (approved in 2023 budget)
Dear Commissioners:
Please consider this request for the Grant County Prosecutor's Office to purchase a
Sharp BP -70M31 copier and a Sharp BP -70M45 copier from Kelly Connect. These
copiers were approved ,in the Prosecutor's 2023 Capital Outlay budget.
The -total cost of the new copiers will be approximately $12,885.40. 1 have enclosed a
copy opy of the quotes for your information. These copiers were approved in the
Prosecutor's 2023 Capital Outlay budget for a total of $11,000.00. This amount was
estimated through a quote from Kelley Connect in September of 2022, and the cost
has since increased. Therefore, we will use Capital Outlay expense code
121.163.00.9109.594156003 for the already approved amount of $11,100.00, and
then will use expense code 001.109.00.0000.594156003 for the r n.In er of the
invoice from the Prosecutor's budget.
